Provide hands-on approach to identify, recruit, onboard and train key personnel. Empower team members with proven methodologies, materials & training structures. Establish and maintain compliance with policies & procedures among all personnel.
LAUNCH & ONGOING OPERATIONS
Guide the operation and all members to execute successful openings for all planned concepts and outlets.
Provide continued support to owners as the managing parter ensuring alignment with brand objectives and financial targets.
ADMINISTRATIVE & TECHNOLOGY
Ongoing organization of payroll, accounting, software & reporting systems to maintain financial accuracy & efficient operational success. Assist in activation of new technology to ensure synchrony through all departments.

Aaron Hung founded Catalyst Hospitality with a mission to empower businesses to thrive in a competitive landscape. Aaron’s career has spanned over 15 years in the hospitality industry providing his experience in development, marketing and operations to nationally recognized brands such as Starwood Hotels, Culinary Concepts Hospitality Group (by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten), NoHo Hospitality (by 2X James Beard awarded chef Andrew Carmellini), JF Restaurants (by Michelin-starred chef John Fraser) and Silver Street Hospitality (by James Gersten of the famed NYC institution La Esquina).
