Aaron Hung founded Catalyst Hospitality with a mission to empower businesses to thrive in a competitive landscape. Aaron’s career has spanned over 15 years in the hospitality industry providing his experience in development, marketing and operations to nationally recognized brands such as Starwood Hotels, Culinary Concepts Hospitality Group (by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten), NoHo Hospitality (by 2X James Beard awarded chef Andrew Carmellini), JF Restaurants (by Michelin-starred chef John Fraser) and Silver Street Hospitality (by James Gersten of the famed NYC institution La Esquina).
